What this scan detects
Users without 2FA enabled
Workspace users who do not have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled run the risk of having their accounts compromised without the additional layer of security. This puts your entire organization at risk should a bad actor gain access to the user's account.
Having inactive users still present in your Workspace account can be problematic as they not only present potential compliance violations (employee offboarding), but they can also increase the risk of account misuse should someone else gain access to their account.
Users without recovery information
Workspace users who do not have any form of account recovery information added (like a recovery phone number or email) run the risk of being locked out from their account with no way to gain access (pending an Administrator reset).
